Our Assessment Protocols
Our memory assessment comes in three parts. Together they show how your memory and thinking are performing, what may be driving any change, and where you can make the biggest difference.
The MoCA Test
The Montreal Cognitive Assessment is a widely used, validated screening test. It takes around 10 minutes, gives a score out of 30, and provides a clear baseline we can retest over time.
Brain and Body Wellness Analysis
An in-clinic brain function assessment and a detailed symptom profile, combined with targeted testing of gut, thyroid, adrenal, blood sugar, hormone and immune health.
Lifestyle Analysis
A structured review of how you live day to day, covering the 14 modifiable risk factors identified by the 2024 Lancet Commission, so we can see where change will help most.
Your results
All three parts come together in a personal report: a clear baseline, the factors driving change, and a plan of action. We repeat key measures to track your progress.
