What we collect
When you use our forms we collect your name, email address, phone number, who the enquiry is for and anything you choose to write in your message. We ask you not to include detailed medical information in website forms.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange appointments.
- To send you the Memory Profile if you request it.
Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Health information shared during your care is handled under UK GDPR Article 9(2)(h), for the provision of health care, and kept confidential.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. With your permission we share relevant results with your GP or specialists. Laboratory tests are processed by accredited laboratories under their own data protection obligations.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an appointment are deleted within 12 months. Clinical records are kept in line with professional guidance for health records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by emailing alan@bodymindmedical.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website does not set tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps, which may collect technical data under Google’s own privacy policy.
